Gritty Knits respects your privacy. We will not, under any circumstances, sell or release your personal information to anyone (short of a court order!). All information obtained from our website will only be used to process your orders. The only e-mails you will receive from GrittyKnits.com will be related to your orders, unless you choose to sign up for our mailing list. If you sign up for the mailing list and decide you no longer want to receive it, there are instructions in every e-mail to get removed from the list. We'll be sad to see you go, but will do our best to get you off the list before the next mailing.

Security

Security is our top priority. All online transactions are processed through our secure server protected by 128-bit SSL encryption. Furthermore, Gritty Knits does not store your credit card information and discards the information once your order has been completed.

Return Policy

Hopefully you love what you ordered from me. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping

USPS Priority Mail within USA or First Class Mail to Canada. Please contact us for information about other international orders.

Tax

All customers in Texas must pay 8.25% sales tax. At least we don't pay state income tax!

Disclaimer

Even though some of the items for sale at Gritty Knits are toys, they may have small parts that could be a choking hazard. Please do not allow babies or young children access to these items. We’re asking you to be smart about what you allow your kids to play with, and we do not hold any responsibility for mishaps that may occur.
