YARN: Sponge Cake is a fingering weight sock yarn made from 85% extra fine 19.5 micron superwash merino and 15% nylon. The full size skein is 435 yards, 100 grams. The Short Cake mini skein is 87 yards, 20 grams.
PATTERN: Next Weekend is a knitted hat. It combines ribbing with a little bit of 2-color brioche. The majority of the hat is knit in one semi-solid color, with just a hint of contrasting yarn peeking out from the shadows. You will receive a Ravelry download code with your yarn kit, as well as a copy of the pattern in your GrittyKnits.com account.
